THE KOR-ASIA FORUM 2022 hosted by the Hankook Ilbo, which provides an in-depth diagnosis of key global issues surrounding Korea, was held in Seoul on November 17th. The theme of the Forum was “Korea in the era of US-China Strategic Competition.” At the forum, John Mearsheimer, a world-renowned scholar studying the relations of the great powers and Professor of Political Science at the University of Chicago had a conversation with Dong Sun Lee, Professor of Political Science at Korea University, on the topic of “Intensifying Hegemonic Competition Between the U.S. and China and the Future of the World.”
